We've got a pair of 7210s running 8.5.0.1, and despite appearing to meet the prerequisites for hitless failover, Airwave still reports it is 'NOT POSSIBLE'.

As per the article here: https://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-Based-WLANs/What-are-the-Criteria-s-to-have-cluster-hitless-failover-in/ta-p/292094, hitless failover requires cluster members be in the 'L2 connected' state, and Redundancy Mode needs to be on.

As per the attached screenshots, both of those conditions appears to have been met, although Airwave shows hitless failover is 'NOT POSSIBLE' (why does it have to yell?).

    What am I missing?

    Moving to the airwave forum.
