    Hi, can you explain this point a bit further? I just noticed this because our Airwave UCC data has been broken since install and Aruba TAC has not been able to fix it. We are getting no UCC data in Airwave even though it is available in the MM dashboard. Is there some caveat you are aware of for UCC data to work properly from MM to Airwave?

    What version of Airwave and what version of AOS on the cluster?

    Yes, sure.

     

    So we are using ArubaOS 8.5.0.1 in combination with AirWave 8.2.10.1.

    We needed to enable the UCC tranmission in the Controller Profile -> Management Config -> Default-amp or whatever profile you are using.

     

    Furthermore you need to activate the UCC collection on AirWave in the AirWave Setup -> General -> Additional AirWave Services.

     

    Be aware that this will only work (in MM setup) when MM is connected to AirWave. The UCC engine is only working on MM and therefore those information can only be obtained using the Mobility Master.
