How to revert virtual controller to monitor only

    I added one Aruba instant virtual controller to my Airwave server (8.2.4) My intention was to add this just for monitoring, but somehow I added it in manage mode. Now all controls for managemnt have been disabled in "local" virtual controller.

    How do I change this virtual controller to monitor only mode in Airwave?

    HI,

     

    Navigate to APs/Device>manage page , under you have option to set the device in monitor mode.

    Thanks for your timely reply. 

    I must be doing something wrong, since when I go to AP's/Devices -> List -> (my virtual controller) -> hover mouse above and click manage, I get "Instant Config" web page, but from there I cant find option to change device to monitor mode. Is this correct place or what am i doing wrong?

    Hi,

     

    Navigate to Groups>Basic >Aruba instant gui set to disable.
