License count in ClearPass

    Dear Airheads,

     

    We are facing a wired issue in clearpass that the license used count is showing very high compare with real connected devices. By the time 1AM night, the connected devices are below 10. But license used count showing above 100. Any one can help to fix this issue?

    The Clearpass release is 6.7.9.109195

    Hi Shamz,

     

    Do you have radius accounting configured on Network Access Devices (Controllers/ Switches)?

    Hi,

     

    Check on ClearPass and confirm that you are getting Radius Accounting

    Yes. I am getting RADIUS accounting.
