MSR1000 L2TP setup issue

    My network is as follows: PC->MSR1003-1->MSR1003-2

    I want to do L2TP from the PC to MSR1003-2

    I've setup L2TP on MSR1003-2 and on the PC

    When I try to connect using a shared key I get error 789

    I understand this means that GRE might not be finding its way back to the PC through MSR1003-1?

    Any help appreciated.
