PRGT AND AIRWAVE

    Hello

    I'm trying to add a Cisco catalyst to Airwave. The client also has a PRTG to monitor. When I add the sw, the PRTG is alarmed, then normalizes and alarms again. I can not see the SW graphics ... Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Which Airwave versiona re you using? Also, what is the exact CAT device you are trying to add?

     

    While Airwave is contantly adding support for new devices, each Airwave release support certain third party devices.

     

    Google AirWave X.X.X.X Supported Infrastructure Devices where X.X.X.X is your Airwave version.

    When adding devie to Airwave if PRTG is tirggering alarm then you need to look in to your PRTG monitor tool to find why it is triggering alarm. It is not an Aruba Airwave issue.
