My church has some Aruba Networks Access Points (Model: APIN0204205). There is an iPad app called SL Remote that the sound guy wants to use but it has to connect to a computer running a sister application. It seems the network is blocking the connection and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for allowing the connection. Our network guy said I needed to figure out what needed to be changed and he would make the change. The page for the app (https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210047303) says that I need to open ports for it to work.
Classic SL Remote and Qmix Ports:
TCP 6969
UDP 6970 & 6971
Is it possible that the ports are blocked and can be opened up? Any thoughts/suggestions?
