Updating from 8.2.5 to 8.2.8.2

  • 1.  Updating from 8.2.5 to 8.2.8.2

    We're running Airwave 8.2.5 - which method should we use to update to 8.2.8.2?

     

    The documentation gives the method for 8.2.4 and 8.2.6+ But no mention of 8.2.5?

     

    Also can we expect any downtime during the update process?

    You should first upgrade to 8.2.6 and then to 8.2.8.x.
    During the upgrade AMP is down.
