User usage report

    Hello Everyone,

    Plese help me, i want to make the user usage report, that report consist of username,usage,application and when that user access the application. Anyone ever make report like this  ? How to make it ?

     

    and i wanna ask , can we exclude local or internet traffic on report ? and then can we see people history usage when it dissconected ?

    Hi,

     

    We could run client session and AppRF report to get the data what you are looking for, if you dont want all the sections which present in reports go for custom report, choose the options which you need. I tried custom report with below options which give total usage of all clients and top ten clinets application information for the time duration. Currently we show only ten clients application information in report.

     

     

    Client Session: Top Clients by Total MB Used

    AppRF: Top 3 Applications For Top 10 Users

    We have above settings in report definiton, make sure you set value based on your total clients in your network (default value is 10) and if you want client data included for active clients during report run time, set to Yes, else disable it.

    Hi,

    I already used Client Session: Top Clients by Total MB Used and AppRF: Top 3 Applications For Top 10 Users but i cannot get the time when that user access the apllication, for example :

    application https access at 08.00 AM 
    can i show that time in my report ?

    Currently we do not have that option in report, you could file feature request for this at our support site.

     

    You could look for active client's Client>Diagnostic page for details.

    Login to http://support.arubanetworks.com site , with your Aruba credetnials and click on highlighted  link show in screen shot to file feature request.

    Could you please call Aruba cusotmer support and check with them, its looks cusotmer support portal is missing.
