Visual PF issue

    Hi, everyone. I faced a problem with AirWave VisualRF.

    I found that buildings and floor plans disappeared from Visual PF.

    After restarting Visual PF service all functionality restored to normal use. Now everything is ok, but I'm just querying - what was the issue?

    Root cause analysis would require more details starting with the version of AirWave are you running.

     

    I also suggest opening a support case, the sooner the better while the logging of the event is still available.  AMP logs rotate daily keeping 4 days worth.  The first thing support will ask for is a copy of the logs: /var/log/service_watcher and /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.log.
