VisualRF missing floor plan background image

    Hello,

    We are trying to go into VisualRF to do a little clean-up and correction on changes and new AP's deployed. We noticed in one of our buildings that the first and third floor is missing its background image. The drawn walls, heatmap, AP location still show but the actual background image with the layout is gone.

    If we click on Edit > Replace Background we get the following:

     

    "Original background image file not found. Please contact your administrator"

    Has anyone run into this issue before? As a side note, the floors that do have the background image if we click on "Replace background" we do get a dialogue to choose and upload a floorplan file.

    Any info appreciated!

    Are the Floor plans CAD drawings? What is the version of AirWave.?

    There was an issue in past AirWave images where the CAD drawing, post conversion while uploading, misses the original.jpg and the issue will show up. 

     

    Please open a TAC case. TAC will get to shell mode and copy the the background.jpg as original.jpg in the floor plan ID file and the floor image will show up. Later if you want to, you can replace the floor plan.

    Hi there, we're running AMP 8.2.9.1 updated to it back in August 2019. Not sure if this issue started then or what.

     

    Sounds good I'll just open a TAC for that.
