    As we migrate to ClearPass and leave ACS, we would like to know when logging into an Aruba switch via TACACs that it is in fact using TACACs to authenticate. 

     

    Currently on ACS, there is an option labeled "Username Prompt" which allows you to add "TACACS Login or TACACS password" to the prompt when it is going through ACS.

     

    Anything we can edit or add to ClearPass that would act similiar?

    While I'm sure you've found the answer to this by now.  I did want to update this thread as I came across it when searching for the same setting.

     

    The option to change is in the TACACS tab of the Cluster-Wide Parameters.
