    Greetings All,

I have a request from my customer to be able to disabled / enable accounts.

Using the operator profiles, they can now find an active session and disable the account, kicking off the user in the process.

What they cannot do is reactivate the account. I have looked at the operator profile - shown below - and have tried enabling Full User Control and Show Details.

Both set to Full, but still no Active "tick" when looking at the account.

With the admin account, it works as expected. Any idea why my op profile cannot active the account?

I can't see anything that sounds right

    TIA

    Gordie

For historical reasons Activate requires the Remove Account privilege. For the life of me I cannot remember why though.

Thanks for the reply. Strange that to add something you need to have remove privileges ! Working fine now tho
