    Hi!

Problem: Plugin query list failed with XMLRPC error: CURL Error 7: couldn't connect to host

Amigopod is in a DMZ run by customer. I'm told https/http to internet (and only this) is opened, and DNS configured correctly.

Using Network Diagnostics Tools I can verify:

    • It is using the correct gateway adddress, but I do get "Default gateway is not responding to pings." which is not uncommon on DMZ
    • DNS Lookup on an external domain gives success
    • Using Ping URL against http://www.arubanetworks.com gives me: Address does not exist or the server refused connection

I've scanned through both Amigopod Deplyment guide and Amigopod Aruba integration

I have the Firewall guy scan his log to see if there is any other type of traffic Amigopod wants to use against Internet, and he sees http traffi is permitted.

Can anyone confirm to me the requirements for Amigopod to reach internett? Only valid and reachable DNS + http/https ?

Or - can it be that Amigopod requires a ping response from it's gateway?!

Never mind - no external route back in to the Amigopod server... Solved case closed thanks ;)
