I am in the process of installing a new 7010 controller and I cannot get consistent ping responses from any of the APs, one time I get no responce 0% and the next time i get 100%. They are connected directly to the controller and receive an IP from a DHCP on the network. I have added all of them to the whitelist but they do not show up in the AP wizard.

type "show log system 50" and see if they are rebooting for some reason.

Also type "show ap database" to see if they have any flags.
