Security

For some reason, my access point has a configuration error. I cannot login to the console with the old user and password. Is there any way to help me recover the user and password without using the factory reset feature.

I am having problems with

IAP103,109 (OS 6.4.4.4-4.2.3.2)

IAP 305,207 (OS 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.3).

I tried it, but I can't login to AP by [admin/forgetme!] account.

If this is an Instant AP, you no longer can reset the password, due to the fact that access points are deployed in public spaces and that would be a security issue.  Unfortunately, you would have to use the reset button, which would wipe the configuration of the instant AP.

I understand it's a security issue. But suddenly the login account and password were changed, causing us to suffer a huge loss.
