CLEARPASS GUEST AUTHENTICATION PMS

Good afternoon,

I have ClearPass configured with a PMS. The user manages to register with his last name and room, however, when trying to connect, the following error messages appear. What could be happening?

I have already restarted the PMS and also the Microfidelious service
