    Can CPPM receive event logs (i.e. user downloads malware) from FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer and shutdown/change VLAN of the switch port?

    Yes it should be possible but you need to create a custom made ingress event dictionary. Administration > Dictionaries > Ingress Events
