    Good evening Team,

One of our customers has aRunning C2000 CPPM in production which seems tohave hardware issue , Alreday worked with tac tea and a new hardware has arrived,

I just want to mkae sure and verify my plan below

1- Initial configuration for the new CPPM with same IP , Hostname  , after disconnecting the old one

2- Importing certificates from the old one to the ne one ( Radius , HTTPS )

    3 - Joining the domain

4- Restotre backed up cpnfiguration from the old server

Another question about the licnesin :

When Initializing the new CPPM server , Platform Activation key will be found on customer MY HPE networking ??!!

Other Liceneses will be transferred through MY HPE networking ??

    Thanks In Advance

For the licenses your best work together with TAC support.

Is this just one node or a clearpass cluster? In a cluster the fimware must be the same and work with publisher <> subscriper database sync instead of put back a raw DB backup.

You can export your certificates pcks12 and ca-chain certs from your old node before start.

Furher your plan seems like fine to me.
