CPPM onboard page does not show automatically

    Hi all,

     

    We've done a proof of concept on the cppm (and onboarding) 6.7.9 and all went wel.

    Now for the production i've decided to put on the latest software release (6.8.2), and when I test the onboarding the onboard page doesn't show up automaticaly, as it does on the POC. The configs (policies, services,...) are the same, and upon inspection on the switch we have the same result, as does it when i look on the CPPM monitoring.
    When I type the URL manually I can onboard the device without any issues.
    Anybody got a clue on what might be the cause?
