    Hi,

     

    we are on CPPM 6.7 and trying to run an inventory to see which device is connected where.

     

    Some devices will show the actual switch port (i.e. B7) most of them thou will show the trunk port that connects to the other switch we have (i.e. there are two switches connected via a trunk, CPPM reports that it sees the device on the trunk instead of scanning the other device and get the actual port). 

     

    In network scan I have both of them as seeds.

     

    I have also deleted all records and scanned with no priori records.

     

    Also how long does it take to Insight to sync the data from CPPM or they both point to the same data source?
