    Hi,

a couple of months ago we updated to vers 6.6.7.96909. Lately we have realized that the auto backup is not working (it was something we did not checked the next day). I guess it is from the update but am not sure. We have checked connectivity, FW rules and so on and everything is ok.

When we check the Event viewer we can see the following message in the Description box:

"Transfer backup to File Backup Server failed
    Backup File Name: auto-backup-tips-2017-12-22-01-10-01.tar.gz
    Backup Server IP Address: xx.xx.xx.xx
    Transfer Type: SFTP
    Reason: ('Bad authentication type', [u'publickey', u'keyboard-interactive']) (allowed_types=[u'publickey', u'keyboard-interactive'])"

Please, can soemone give a clue to focus the problem?

    Thanks in advanced

    JoseMi

The server is expecting public key based authentication instead of password.
