Captive Portal Cloud Guest not Working

    Hi guys

    I have configured my IAP 510 with Cloud Guest Captive Portal and after register email, im always redirected to https://securelogin.hpe.com/cgi-bin/login

    This address is not found anywhere.

     

    What is wrong?

     

    Certificate is aruba_default.

    Hi,

     

    If you check your Cloud Guest page, the default common name is securelogin.hpe.com. Each instant AP that is using Cloud Guest will have a certificate for aruba_default which is configured for Captive portal by default. You can upload a new certificate and change the post-back URL accordingly.

    Are you testing this while connected to the Guest SSID?

     

    If you test the login from the Central Dashboard preview, it is expected to fail like you describe as your traffic has to flow through the AP in captive portal mode. securelogin.hpe.com is the aruba_default certificate that is pushed to your AP by Central.
