Captive portal guest error

    Dear All,

     

    Is there any configuration how to solving error on some device can't show captive portal clearpass guest ?

     

    on my device the captive portal work fine, but after i'm login using clearpass guest self registration, the redirect page url cant directed to destination url,

     

    and on some devices, the captive portal totally error, and shown locked picture.

     

    kindly need your advice :)

    It needs to allow external URL in Access Control > User Roles. URL must be required to define the destination in Advanced Services > Stateful Firewall > Destinations.

    Dear Ratchapas,

     

    you mean, I need to whitelist external url ?

     

    what destination for this external url ? clearpass ? or ?

    Hi,

     

    I understood that user logged in then the page is not redirect to specify URL, right?

    Dear Ratchapas,

     

    No sir,

     

    at some device after connect to SSID, can't show landing page that we create, instead shown lock picture,

     

    and at mac os version 10.13, user cant connect to SSID,

     

    kindly need your advice
