    One of our customers run into an issue in the last clearpass version when testing the OnGuard Agent . 

    at the first run the OnGuard work just fine, after the customer preform reboot to the machine the agent got stuck in initializing status. 

     

    The issue observed in the following os :

    Windows 10 1803

    Ububtu 18.04
