    Hello,

     

    I have upgraded ClearPass from 6.6.7 to 6.7.2.

    Since this upgrade, guests don't receive email anymore. The problem is in the email header:

    BAD HEADER SECTION, Duplicate header field: "From"

    Indeed:

    from:clearpass@mail.fr
    to:<theguest@mail.fr>
    subject:Test HTML message with embedded graphics (2018-04-10 10:16:58)
    Content-Type:multipart/alternative; boundary="=_f5e547548b305b0b04ef881c6db66b02"
    From:clearpass@mail.fr
    MIME-Version:1.0
    Subject:Test HTML message with embedded graphics (2018-04-10 10:16:58)  :
    ...

    I was using the default skin. The only way to get the email is to use "no skin - plain text".

     

    Is there a way to remove a From when using a custom skin?

    Hi,

     

    Its a known issue and engineering team aware of this and issue might address in coming release.

    Ok, this bug is fixed with the last cumulative patch (6.7.3.106273).
