    Hi,

    my customer asked me a solution that allows visitors to self register to access and browse. He would like both registration by mail and by SMS.

    It's possibile using ClearPass ACCESS License, but is it also possibile with ClearPass ENTRY License ?

    I put the attached document together just over a year ago. It purely uses email: It sends a self-sponsorship request to their registered email. The guest has internet access for a "grace period" to retrieve this email and "acknowledge". I tried doing something similar with SMS (though didn't need the grace period) but found it unreliable as at the time an iPhone receiving an SMS would drop the SSID - I haven't retested.

    I feel that both normal and entry licenses should be fine.
