    Hello,

Prior to Clearpass 6.7 we had access to all of the clearpass guest features, but now it is telling us we need a valid Access or Onboard license. I see that licensing in 6.7 has changed, does this mean we are required to purchase a new license to use these features?

Starting in 6.7 ClearPass guest is part of the Access License
I suggest you go over the 6.7 release notes:

Onboard has never been part of Guest. Web-based user registration and authentication is now included in the Access license. Onboard is still a separate license but is now licensed per user instead of per device.
