have any of you ever seen this error?

Last time something like this happened, TAC had to rebuild the postgresSQL config files as they got corrupted after a power outage which cut power to the appliance because of a faulty UPS.

EDIT: CPPM will not let you login anymore via the CLI and the webUI looks like this.

    HTTP Status 404 - /tips/welcome.action

    type Status report

    message /tips/welcome.action

description The requested resource is not available.

    Apache Tomcat

check the CPU Performance if on Virtual, could be a corrupt log collator not reading at the right speeds

Yes, the First thing first its PostgreSQL failure which we can recover at once.

This error generally means the server is running out of Disk space

which in result doesn't allow front-end to connect to back-end to access the desired resources since the Database is failed.

Agree, status code = 28 gives it away.

It's possible to recover by deleting any excessively sized logs and/or old upgrade files, and rebooting (gracefully) a couple of times. However that requires a level of access I think people don't generally get these days.

Contact TAC is the only advice I'd have in that case.
