I have been working with Clearpass for a while and ran up with a new issue. I hope you can help me.
I have integrated Clearpass with customer's network but when a user authenticates, within "Access Tracker", Clearpass is saying that the user is "Offline". The same issue happens with MAC addresses. This is not happening with all users. Some of them are OK.
Here is the configuration that I have so far on the Aruba Switch related to accounting:
aaa accounting update periodic 2
aaa accounting network start-stop radius
and within Clearpass, I set to "TRUE" the following option: Log Accounting Interim-Update Packets
Am I missing something?
