Clearpass problems with guest login after https certificate change

Hi@all,

 

we have an other strange problem with our clearpass, we uploaded a https certificate to our clearpass, wie changed the ip to the hostname guest.domain.de in the IAP captive portal profile. Now we changed in the cp guest capitve portal the securelogin.arubanetworks.com to guest.domain.de.

Now when we login to the captive portal with username and password, the captive portal redirects us to the clearpass admin login page and we havent entries in the access tracker with the guests username.

mac auth works fine, and we have entries in the access tracker but new guests with username and password cannot login.

 

have anyone an idea for this strange behavior?

yes, we tried it but the web browser says site not found... Can this be a problem with the instant https certificate?

Change the highlighted on your guest page to instant.domain.local

No, as you're using HTTPS.

It needs to be the subject name on your Instants HTTPS certificate which you have said is instant.domain.local.

Make sure you're using a publicly signed certificate.
