    hi,

     

    we have issue with limiting clinet device number,

    controller config:

    RFC--> cppm ip

    accounting -->cppm assigned

    cppm configuration:

    insight enabled

    service:

    mac cashing service:

    authentication source insight. endpoint repos,

    auth endpoint repos   unique device count grteater than 1 deny access profile

    ***issue is that unieuq device count doesnt increment when same username connected with 2 different device,

     

    do i need to sql command in side the insght?

    did you build the services yourself or via template? can you share how they look?
