    Afternoon

I've set up the datapuller config file to pull configs from a new cluster but  getting the following error in the datapuller client log:

We have two existing clusters backing up configs using datapuller successfully.

We are running version 6.6.8 on CP-HW-5K

    Many Thanks

The error message 401 Unauthorized suggests that you have an error in the admin username or password.

Having said that, DataPuller is an old and unmaintained utility since remote backup was added to ClearPass quite some versions ago.

Please use the ClearPass built-in backup tool, which can be configured from Administration » External Servers » File Backup Servers.
