    Hi, experts

I'm getting a warning message, which says:

"Policy server: Failed to get value for attributes=[Category]" and it is not profiling the device, the ip-helper address command is already set on the switch pointing to the ClearPass.

    Regards

Check if RFC server configured on NAD
Check if shared secret is correct
Check if port is allowed 3799

Check if Radius CoA is initiated or not in access tracker

We need to debug async-netd log to find why device is not profiled if above all are fine.

In case of DHCP server on wireless controller, it cannot configure point to Clearpass. What should I do to prevent this?
