Is there a way to force clients to take the DHCP you are handing over something they staticly assigned themselves? Even if the client is trying to specify an IP that is within your valid DHCP Range.

    Example:

    DHCP Range 192.168.0.100-.200

    Client statics 192.168.0.199

    Thank you,

    Environment

    Clearpass - CP-HW-5K

    Version 6.2.6.62196

    Controller - Aruba7210-US

    Version 6.3.1.6

Enable Enforce DHCP in your AAA profile.

Also, be sure your validuser ACL is up to date with the IP space you are using for clients.

That was it, I should have explored some more in the settings.

    Thanks Cappalli!
