Force SMTP traffic over Management Port

    Hello everyone. 

     

    I´m implementing a clearpass server using both, management and data ports.

    Since the SMTP server is reachable just over the management network i need to redirect the SMTP request to this port. 

    Is there a way to do it ?

    obs: at this time i can see the traffic going out over the data port when i send a test e-mail.

    No. Generally speaking, if you’re going ot use both interfaces, they both should not have default routes to the internet.

    Thank you for your quick answer. 

     

    I will configure a static route to the smtp server. This should work according to the attached documentation.
