Guest Self Registration Erorr,

    Hi All,

     

    I need your advice, I already install Clearpass and configure Guest Self-Registration feature.

    When i useing Virtual Contoller and integrate with Clearpass the Guest Self-Registration Feature running-well. But when i using controller I Got the erorr message like below

     

    http://10.8.100.6/guest/guest_register.php?errmsg=Authentication%20failed&_browser=1

     

    But the guest user already on Clearpass.

     

    Fyi I already installed the controller and Clearpass with Guest feature with the same configuration, on site A the feature running normally but on site B i got the message like that.

     

    kindly need your advise

    That means that the authentication was rejected for whatever reason.

    Even though in Clearpass Display that the User is Active ?

    I configure using Controller 7010 with image 6.4.3.4
