I was looking on the profiler and it divide it in smartdevice and computer or unkown

The problem is that how do i differenciate between smartphone and a tablet?

The tablets should be allowed but smarphones should not be allowed.  Is this possible for the clearpass to differenciate if its a tablet or if its a smarphone???

    Cheers

    Carlos

You would either need to rely on "Device Name" or use the fingerprint data from the controller.

For the fingerprint data, see my post below. You can use similar logic to target tablets.
