I would like to configure the enable password to go through my tacacs server.

I can log into my aruba controllers with my active directory credentials and get into user mode. When I try to log into enable mode it does not accept my password. It only accepts the local password. Can I set up tacacs to log into the controller as well as log into enable mode?

That cannot be done.
You can optionally use the "enable bypass" command on the Aruba controller that will put a management root user in exec (#) mode if he logs in successfuly without having to enter a enable password.
