Insight reporting

    How can I get the ability to run Insight reports, I have insight enabled under server configuration. But when I go to the insight web page it only shows the dasboard (with no charts displayed). When I click on any of the other headings at the top it simply refreshes the Dashboard page.

    Is the CPPM you're accessing the Insight master?

    It should be - I've ticked the box for this setting.

    Hi ,

     

    May I know the cppm version? Have you tried accessing insight with different browser?

     

    Try restart the services once and check the status.

    The current version is 6.5.2.73779.

    I have tried using other browsers but get the same result. Does Insight run on a separate service as I can't see it in the list of services?

    Hi ,

     

    Try restart [ cpass-async-netd ] and [ cpass-admin-server ] services and check the status.

    #service restart <service name>
