Installing OnGuard via Onboard

    I am trying to use Onboard to install the Onguard persistent agent on Windows devices (Home >> Onboard >> Applications). However, during the Onboarding process, the Onguard installer fails with the error message:

     

    "Could not read the source SFX. Invalid window handle."  (Screenshot attached).

     

    If I install the agent manually, it works fine. Is there something I am missing?

    This is a known issue in 6.0.2, it should be fixed in the next patch release (end of February).
