    Hello,

     

    I downloaded two software patch yesterday and I rebooted clearPass after installing it.

    I have Ip connectivity to Virtual machine and It is started ( I can do SSH) but I don´t get to connect by html access.

    I had disk space problems because this installation was done over 40 Gb, and I could see in the monitiring page that I had 9GB bussy, and 1Gb available over a total 10Gb.

     

    I think the disk is completly full and this is the problem, but I don´t know if it is possible to fix it and how to do it.

    You have to give it some time after a reboot for the web ui to come back.

    You can also restart the service in the cli.

    Service restart cpass-admin-server

    Hi Raúl

     

    If you're trying to access by ssh keep in mind that the username is "appadmin". And about the password, if you can't remember it, the default one might still be in use.

     

    There's something I so on a similar situation. My CP had crashed due to lack of HDD and I found that when the ssh session was open i could access the web-ui. Don't ask me why but that's how it worked :)
