Re-direct to an external captive portal

    Is it possible to re-direct our guest clients to a 3rd party captive portal?  We are using an Aruba Mobility Controller, model # Aruba3600-US, version 6.3.1.15.  

     

    We don't want Aruba to do any kind of authentication but re-direct to our web-filter which is active directory enabled.  It will provide the end user with the appropriate filtering and Internet access.  

     

    We are trying to avoid a double authentication situation, 1 by Aruba and the 2nd by the filter.

    You'd need the external captive portal to somehow tell the controller that access has been granted. Can you please share more details about this external captive portal?
