    Hi everyone,

I don't have a very clear idea how works SMTP configuration in CPPM, should I allow the CPPM IP address in the SMTP server? or the server allows the CPPM send emails with the account specified in the username and password fields? Is there anyway to check if the messages are been sent by CPPM-Guest?

    Thanks in advanced.

You can also go to CPG --> Configuration --> email receipt and at the bottom you can send a test email.

If it fails, will return error messages which can be helpful.
