    Hello,

    We are piloting byod at a few sites.  I've gotten some feedback as it relates to Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 devices specifically.  It seems that they can start the registration process, download the clearpass quickconnect app from the google store, then start to install the network profile step (provisioning), it is at this point the device prompts to "Enter password for credential storage"

    We tried the device password, it did not work,  We tried entering in 1234, it did not work.  Does anyone have any ideas on what the device would be looking for as far as a password for credential storage if it's not the device pin?

    Try this and then enter a new password

    Home > location & security > clear storage
