    Hello, i've a issue with my clearpass guest. I can't see guest users in my guest page but the users existing have an internet connexion and i see my users when i attempt an export.

     

    When i attempt to add user i have this error : 

     

    Account not found ID :3045

     

    Do you have an idea ?

    Hello,

     

    Can you provide a few screenshots of the issue to see what exactly you are doing? If you can I can replicate the issue and see if I can assist.

     

    Please also, provide the current code version.

    I can create user but i can't see him

     

    You can see 2 pages but no users appears

    in the top right corner what role do you have and does that role have the right settings on viewing guest users?

    I'am in admin (Super Administrator) mode, so i have full access , this is the same with devices i can't see it.

     

    I can see 20 accounts

    Please open a TAC case so they can debug it.

    Hello, I contacted the aruba support and aruba solved the problem in 2 days. We don't know actually why this is happened but it's solve now.

    Do you by chance remember what TAC did to resolve the issue?

    I am currently running into the exact same problem.

    TAC is involved, but is still currently attempting to duplicate the issue.

    The documentation can't help me i don't have the same version so i don't have the same parameters. 

     

    I don't find "Guest provisionning"
