    Hello,

Is there a way to track access attempts in CPPM in a CWP setup? Users are only being prompted with a standard click-to-accept splash page and are then allowed on. I do not see any records in access tracker for these attempts, so is it possible to see these attempts? No sessions appear in the guest sessions either.

In the past I have seen where the controller housed the CWP and sent a generic set of guest creds back to the CPPM server. We could see those attempts becuase a CPPM based guest account was actually being used.

Which network device are you using?

Any request sent to ClearPass will appear in either Access Tracker or Event Viewer (in the event of a misconfiguration).

We are using IAP at the site.

If you’re not seeing requests in ClearPass, then AAA is not configured correctly on the IAP for the SSID.
