VIA VPN, 'Keep VIA window minimized' option

    Looks I locked all via users from the VPN, I don't know how to proceed, 

     

    I turned on this option on the via profile 'Keep VIA window minimized', the option took effect. today I wasn't able to establish the VPN connection simply because I have a login banner to 'agree', 

     

    right-click on via icon, the 'restore' button is grayed out, 

     

    Can someone help on this,

    What version of VIA are you running? Looks like a limitation in VIA 3.0.0

    below the version that mu users downloaded from the controller

    Uploaded VIA Installers
    -----------------------

    Windows 32-bit: 3.4.1.0.1908302
    Windows 64-bit: 3.4.1.0.1908302

     

    what do you mean about limitation ? is it a known issue? is there a way to sort that issue out?

    One way out is to tweak the registry key. goto regedit, Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Aruba Networks\VIA and tweak the registry entry under the profile used. Click "AlwaysMinimize" click modify and change the value to "0". (see attached screenshot)

    Once registry is tweaked, exit VIA and relaunch from the tray

    thank you for resolution,
    I have to repeate that for other PCs,
    I think what thing that need to be added in controller setup, if login banner is configured, then the minimize option needs to be grayed out, are you agree?
