    I have a customer where they started to update the VIA clients to 3.2.2.0.104988, and ever since then a normal user is not able anymore to establish a tunnel with the profile he/she downloads from the concentrator, it always gets error code 8949.

    If the relevant user is assigned administrative rights, then the profile is redownloaded, and tunnel established at least once, then when the admin rights are withdrawn, continues to work fine.

    Is this a known feature or bug?
