    I'm getting this error message from users trying to register through our guest provisioning:

    It doesn't seem to matter which carrier is selected. All have failed that I've tested.

    Oddly enough, when I go into the configuration and send a test message it sends right away. 

     

    Any thoughts?

    In 6.5 we don't by default trust the smtp severs cert. You must add it to the trust list. There is a trick to do it with a context server but I'm not where I can post a how to.
